Ive been trying to find answers but nothing came up in the search . Just curious my lawyer said we passed the means test but after calculating disposable income without paying credit cards it’s 1500 leftover. Once the trustee sees that on schedule J at the 341 or before won’t I be converted to a chapter 13 or can there be presumption of abuse at or after the 341 and if so, wouldn’t a lawyer be able to catch this before the 341 meeting? Sorry if I’m using the terminology wrong I’m still learning thank you
