My chapter 7 just got discharged on 2/9. I filed my taxes at the end of January and let my attorney know right away how much im expected to get back. Attorney confirmed that my full refund is exempt but to still wait for them to hear back from the trustee before spending. How likely is it that the trustee wont take anything?
