This is more opinionated and out of personal experiences people may have encountered.
I dropped off all my paperwork at my attorney’s office on January 28th, and was told it can take anywhere from 14-20 days for my bankruptcy to be filed.
I called them today and told me he hasn’t gotten to my bankruptcy papers yet, but it should be filed soon.
How long do people normally wait with their attorney for the bankruptcy petition to be filed?
My bankruptcy is a pretty open and shut no asset chapter 7.
