My 341 went smoothly today, apart from the trustee asking why my tax refund is $2k less than last year. He asked that I send him my tax return to review. He didn’t mention me turning over my refund, but I’m expecting that. My attorney agrees. Honestly, that wouldn’t really bother me if it pushes approval through. I was worried about the trustee being accepting of my budget amounts in a couple of categories, but it appears other than the tax refund, I’m in the clear. He concluded the meeting, told me good luck and now I’m waiting on him to review my return. Anyone else have experience with this side of it and what I can expect?
Also, when can I begin to rebuild credit?
