Hello all! I had my 341 meeting back in January no one showed up. Creditors last day to object is the last day of March. My attorney is great, but the paralegal is abysmal. The paralegal treats me like such an inconvenience whenever I ask the simplest question.
Can someone explain to me what happens after the final day to object? Does it simply go to a judge at that point and they green light it?
