My spouse & I finally filed a chapter 7. I’m kind of nervous cause we’re a little above the median income for a family of 5, but we pay health insurance & day care that helped us with the means test. My lawyer says the worst they can say is no & then we’ll just have to wait a little longer to re-file when I have my 4th child which will bring us below the median household threshold with no issues. How long after filing do you usually get a denial?
