I have been waiting for bank to repo my car and have been paying high insurance payment which I can’t afford. Can I abandon the car in the street? The bank keeps telling me they haven’t assigned a repo company and that the court is holding them back from repossessing the vehicle. I can’t afford the payment of $400 per month. Thank you.
