I just wanted to share our experience in case others are in the same situation. We contacted an attorney in October and found out we qualified for chapter 7.
Our attorney is located in DFW and allowed for a payment plan. So we chose to do the payment plan for 12 months after paying $388.
We had our 341 meeting December 18th and just got our discharge today. 🙌
It’s definitely a roller coaster of emotions but nice to stop robbing Peter to pay Paul.
