I am in the process of filing but have a lot of anxiety with it. I have provided all documents to my lawyer but im so worried I may have forgotten to list a debt or an asset such as a desk which isnt worth much but i still dont want to forget anything. I have my closing call Friday but just curious how granular with the assets do I need to be? Would a cheap $20 desk be the end of the world like I feel it is? I also read how you shouldnt have used credit cards right before filing but I wasnt planning on filing at that time so I did use them. Im probably making it more complicated than it needs to be.
