Final day for creditors was 3/9. Apparently the trustee has taken my tax return and it saying assets reported but my attorney told me they couldnt take my child tax credits blah blah and at this point ive come to terms im probably not going to see the check ok coo but how long is it going to take to just settle and finish ? Im trying to move and i cant because i have an “open” bankruptcy so i dont even care about the tax check i just want it closed !! Anything i can do to move things along faster??
