Hello everyone,
I am a 17-year-old living in Egypt, and I’m in a race against time to claim my US citizenship (CRBA) through my deceased American father before I turn 18 this October (2026).
To get my citizenship approved by the US Embassy, I must prove my father’s “Physical Presence” in the US. I found out he was involved in a bankruptcy case in New Jersey back in 1994-1995 (Case #94-27123). The official court documents from this case (showing his US address and activity) would be perfect evidence for the Embassy.
Here is my problem: > I need to pull the full docket and documents from PACER, but I cannot create a working account. Due to strict banking regulations in Egypt, all local debit/credit cards are blocked for international use. I tried using a Virtual Credit Card (VCC) to register on PACER, but it was completely rejected.
My Requests:
- PACER Pull: Would anyone with an active PACER account be kind enough to look up this case (District of New Jersey, Case #94-27123) and pull the PDF documents for me? I just need the files showing his residency/financial activity to present to the consulate.
- VCC Advice: Alternatively, does anyone know of a specific Virtual Credit Card (VCC) that is accessible from Egypt and is accepted by the PACER billing system?
I am doing this process entirely on my own and hitting a massive wall because of the banking restrictions. Any help, PDFs, or advice would literally change my life and help me get my citizenship before I age out.
Thank you so much in advance!
