Im currently in chapter 7 and got a title loan out of desperation before filing. I will need to either resume payments or surrender the vehicle. My thing is that I don’t know that I wanna start off already upside down in my 2012 Volvo and I’d be paying more than it’s worth. I’m thinking it may just be beneficial to get another vehicle since mine is only valued at about 4k. However…. I’m guessing it’s going to be impossible for anyone to finance me???
And if not, how long did it take them to come pick up the vehicle?A part of my bankruptcy involved me moving this month also so that’s a lot to come up with in one shot. I’m in Missouri and from I read they can come get the car within days.
