I have a severe gambling problem – I stopped over the last week and signed myself out of all online casinos. But it was so bad i was spending nearly my entire paycheck on gambling ($1000-$2000 a week plus all of my cashed out winnings went right back in to it)
I was served by a creditor today. I stopped paying on all debts roughly a year and a half ago when I took a pay cut from a job and then I lost that job 3 months ago and am now on unemployment. I meet with a lawyer tomorrow.
Will my gambling addiction stop me from being able to file chapter 7?
