Was scheduled for 12PM, was let in at 11:59AM – private room – just me and the trustee (Zoom was recorded, I was pro se). He swore me in, asked me a few yes/no questions (did read the bankruptcy options, did you sign the forms, do you own bitcoin, property …).
I told him that I intended to amend my state taxes declaration. He asked me if it was less than $5K – I said yes – he said that that’s OK. Done.
12:10PM was already on my way to the lake to breathe and unwind.
I was stressed and did 4 hours of homework/research for a few yes/no questions.
Now I enter the big fight of Adversary Proceedings for Student Loans.
