I need some advice. I’m really struggling with this Situation I have over $50,000 in debt. I went to my lawyer today’s and I can file chap 7 cause we( me and my wife) go over but I can’t afford chap 13. Which I would have to pay over $900 a month. There is no way I can’t afford that I’m the one who pays for everything. Rent, utilities insurances. Food. Only payment we make together is the car which is under my name but I don’t use we do 50/50 here. My wife salary is less than $900 biweekly which she does save much cause she have family members abroad. I don’t really now what to do. I’m struggling mentally thinking a lot of options. Is divorcing a good solution that way they only use my income and not both. I made less than $65k a year.
