Hi! There is no way I will pass a means test, and am considering Chapter 13 as an option of my debt mess. I’m a single, chronically ill (medical debt is one of the ways I got here) woman in Massachusetts. I am in Middlesex county if it matters.
I’m looking for experiences with chapter 13 as a high wage earner. How did you go about finding a lawyer?
