Just wanted to share my excitement. I’m not worried at all about the hearing after all the posts here about how well and easy the 341 went for them.
I had what I thought was an edge case. My income was within hundreds of dollars of not qualifying for chapter 7.
I was also worried about my budget for the means test. And that being questioned. I was able to list future healthcare and car maintenance costs that my attorney said wouldn’t be an issue and things that I’ve been putting off because I couldn’t afford it.
I just wanted to post this to say I’m excited and looking forward to my 60 ish day countdown to discharge starting tomorrow.
