hey guys i need a little help navigating contacting my attorney, about three years or so ago after i was kneed deep in debt i filed for chapter 13 with a highly rated attorney around my are. I had all the usual contact with them and allowed them to handle everything and just send me papers to sign, at one point the trustee decided that my current payments were not enough so they were increased i have been checking the NDC website and im pretty sure my chapter 13 is getting close to being over i only have about 3k left on my truck loan with the site saying the trustee has 2300 on hand, everything else is unsecured debt like payday loans and some affirm loans. My issue now is that when i contact my attorney o f they won’t give me concrete answers on how much i have left to pay or what the pay off is, it feels like they just got their fees and then they kinda treat you as low priority have any of you had to navigate something like this?
