Had my 341 yesterday, and it was much easier than I expected. It was on Zoom, and I did it on my phone. It was scheduled for 2:00 PM, but I logged in around 1:30 PM. My turn came at 2:16. The trustee asked about 7 or 8 simple yes/no questions, and that was it. The whole thing was quick and easy.
Here’s my tip: Log in about 30 minutes early if you can. You’ll usually be able to listen to the cases ahead of you. The trustee asks pretty much the same types of questions to everyone, so watching a few cases helps you know what to expect.
By the time it was my turn, I felt a lot less nervous because I had already seen how the process worked. It made the whole experience much less stressful.
