I’m about to file chapter 13. I know it’s the right decision but I’m absolutely panicking. I have good credit and never missed a payment. I just can’t keep up any more and have 80k of debt. I’m scared.
What if I need to travel or have an emergency and don’t have a credit card? What if I don’t have enough money? I’m starting a new job and worried about how much my payment will increase next year when the trustee looks at my taxes.
I have a PLLC and I’m worried it will be impacted.
I have a lawyer and she just did my means test and gave me the monthly amount. it’s all just feeling so real.
