Has anyone had experience with Nuvision Credit Union during Chapter 7? Specifically, I am trying to find out how quickly they come to repossess a vehicle after the 341 or discharge? My case was filed mid September (in CA) and my 341 is October 13. Car payment was due the 8th of each month and September was the first missed payment. I am not planning to keep the vehicle (too upside down). Ideally I’d like to plan to surrender the vehicle mid-December around the likely discharge date, but I am concerned Nuvision may come for the car sooner. I suppose another question is- does anyone know if/when I could call to set up the surrender? Thanks in advance for the help!
