So my car will be payed off before December I only owe 500 left but come to find out when I called about how will I get my title they said they won’t release it to me after it’s payed for because I have a checkin and saving count overdrawn 4,000 they said after I pay that I will get my title what should I do in this situation I wanted to get a new car in January or February but idk if this is messing me up I’m new here any advice is neede
