Our local clerk confirmed the BNC is back up again. Not sure if I can post a link but I can access their site and at least the Orgon BK court put out a news release.
For those unaware the Bankruptcy Notice Center was hit with ransomware causing nothing to be mailed by the Courts from 10/8 until today. So if your case was filed in that timeframe, and you have a continued 341 or hearing, that could be a contributing factor.
Now how much data was stolen? TBD.
