IL, USA- I have a question about credit cards/lenders after bankruptcy. I will be filing bankruptcy some time next year. I am the only income in a home of 4 and it’s getting hard to manage debt. Looking in to chapter 13. Spouse and I have to add chase, wells fargo, citi, synchrony, capital one, amex, PayPal, klarna, affirm and a personal loan. Chapter 13 is the best option for us as we have a home and 2 cars we do need. Home has a mortgage and one of the cars is still being financed. Once we complete our chapter 13 and 7 years pass… Will any of these banks ever approve us for CC or any type of loans, etc? How hard has it been to be approved for anything like this after your 7 years?
