My date is next Monday and I have to show up for discharge, I added a adversary proceeding for student loans and they gave me a date for that on the same day as my discharge. I did all this pro se. I forgot to send bank statements and my meeting was pushed out another 2 weeks but it did go smooth. I’m nervous more about my student loans more than anything. I never finished the degree and it’s been over 10 years since I enrolled. This would really be my reset. I only had few credit card debt like 3K My debt came from creditors 12K for loans, cars, apartments, taking me to civil court.
Breathe*** y’all I’m exhausted about this I filed Aug 18th. Discharge And Adversary proceeding 12/16. I pray I get some good news before Christmas. UNFORTUNATELY MY ENTIRE PROCESS HAS BEEN EXHAUSTING AND I HAVE TO MOVE. FOUND A PLACE WITH THE BANKRUPTCY ON RECORDS SO NOT SO BAD.
BUT IM TRYING TO STAY POSITIVE RIGHT NOW…
If he would have only took my money I would be really happy but instead I’m moving in the cold month of December.
