So newly married. I knew coming in about her debt. Not an issue in that aspect.
However we are probably moving out of country (with no plans of returning) and I thought with her having about 15k in debt there are some options out there.
One of those being Bankruptcy.
She wont have a “job” in about a year. So she will have no income. So setting up some sort of payment plan is out of the question.
All of the debt was incurred prior to our marriage. I say that as I THINK being married I would have no responsbility??
She got in way over her head. What are the options if any as it relates to Bankruptcy?
