Filed over the summer. Had my 341 in 12/03/25 (it got pushed back from November due to an error on my attorneys side) and just got my discharge notice today 1/08/26…. Now what?
It was a chapter 7. I was able to get approved for a new rental before my discharge (lease is almost up and landlord is selling). But….now what?
