I am stuck in a problem. Laid off in May, unemployment ran out in November, multiple garnishments, truck account charged off and open repossession, $55k in consumer debt and $47k in school loans. I am a single Dad, full time with two kids, take care of my 80 & 83-year old Mom & Dad who barely get by in their own social security. I made $145k last year and $66k from Jan 1 to May 19, plus unemployment of $3k each month which did not cover my bills. I started an LLC in 23’ with the idea I might try to make some side hustle to provide more for my family

I am broke broke. I do not have have $1500 for a lawyer, and I made too much to qualify for the pro bono bar lawyer. My truck is in hiding as I was goi g to file chapter 7 and try to affirm my loan. Now I have to wait u til March when I get a real paycheck to get a lawyer. I cannot catch a break.
