Hey everybody, as the title states, I finally have my 341 Meeting tomorrow (initially filed January 30th) and admittedly I’m a little stressed. Primarily because my Petition was “selected” for a review by the United States Trustee Program (UST), so now an Attorney from the UST will be at my hearing to question me about my “financial information and eligibility” My petition was selected I believe because as my attorney relayed the question from the trustee, I listed $330 per month in Childcare expenses, but my wife is also a homemaker. I have 3 children and my oldest was put into Pre-K to lighten the load as my wife was gearing up to pursue her Nursing degree to make some extra money for our family.

On top of that, I have felt like I’ve received a financial colonoscopy because at the end of last year I basically had 4 jobs to make ends meet with a Mortgage that was in modification, 3 kids under 4 and a stay at home mom. All those forms of income besides my main tech job stopped in December because I physically and mentally could not keep up and be a functioning Husband and Father at home. I’ve been asked so many questions about every single deposit in my account I’m just hoping tomorrow is not like this as well. Has anybody else had their petition selected for “review”? Does the attorney there ask a lot more questions? I’m sorry as this post was a lot of venting also. Thanks in advance for reading and any advice or info you could give.
