I’m getting ready to file, and in all frankness, this scares me to death. I feel like the system contains so many tripwires and potholes that are just waiting for me to put a foot wrong. And then…I just feel somehow like a failure—as a person, as a citizen…I’m not looking for sympathy; I just want to articulate this. It feels a little cathartic, I guess.
