What a long process, but we finally made it through. Our case was pretty straightforward with a little hiccup before filing & a continued 341, besides that our attorney was great. We have no business, no property, and about $101k in debt. We started the process in November 2025 and officially received our discharge today. We still have 3 payments left with our attorney, but after that we’re completely done with this chapter.
Huge thank you to everyone in this subreddit who shared advice, experiences, and support along the way. This community really helped keep me informed and hopeful throughout the process.
