Well it’s official. I just met with my attorneys and signed my petition. Roughly 90K in unsecured debt and I just filed officially.
I was extremely nervous walking into the meeting today, but my attorney said it should be the bankruptcy should be pretty straight forward. I thought I would cut it closer to the edge, but after his expense deductions I was at a low disposal income. This was without my insurance deductions.
I have confirmation on my 341 meeting as well. Which seems crazy quick. But it’s next month. He mentioned it should be 5-10 minutes and we could even do it in his office.
Hoping that it’s smooth sailing going forward. Fingers are crossed!
