I just got the mail, and there are letters from attorneys saying Bank of America filed suit on May 12th, 2026.
This is the first we are learning of an official lawsuit. My husband was not served (or maybe they sent it to an old address-I don’t know).
What do we do? Please help. We are in Texas.
I’m worried because some time has already passed (apparently), can they freeze our bank accounts? He was laid off, and things are already so stressful.
