Just wrapped up my 341 meeting. It ended up being pretty straight forward like everyone says. Trustee was nice and didn’t try to ask any questions that would trip me up.
I do have a preferential payment situation that I will have to settle with the trustee at a later date but shouldn’t be too much of a problem.
The trustee was missing a few of my bank statements from May, but said the attorney just needs to send them over and I do not need to meet with them again. Just have them over by a certain date.
My case was subject to a random audit too, but we sent them a lot of documentation already and there has not been a follow up yet. Apparently the first audit my attorney has had in a long time
No creditors showed up to the meeting. So now do I just hold tight and wait 60 days? Maybe the longest two months of my life lol. I hope this eases a few people going through the process.
