For people that are scared, as so many others have stated, it is NOT that bad as long as you have been truthful and submitted all documentation. I went second and the people before me also filed pro se but struggled majorly. Trustee didn’t have any documentation from them and they couldn’t answer any questions, so he recommended they get an attorney and moved their 341 out. I was then sworn in, identity was verified, and I was asked about 10-12 questions. All very easy yes/no. It took about 5 minutes. He then said it was a no asset case and now it’s a waiting game! I used Upsolve for this process and made sure I submitted all documentation WAY ahead of time. I am so glad to be done with this and move forward with my life, making better decisions in the future.
