Hi again, me with the grand Cherokee.
My neighbor enlightening me that a repo company was here today.
First of all, my payments aren’t due till the 25th of the month. Secondly, I filed literally last Thursday, so the automatic stay is in place. I planned on doing a ride through or retain and pay.
I also filed an extension on my payments back in June and made the amount due in June that they needed. My payments weren’t to resume until August. This kept me current on payments.
But now I’m freaking thinking that repo person was looking for my vehicle! I wasn’t home at the time.
Would they be coming for my car already even though I’m not letting it go?!
