Ok so my income is 79k so I’m over Ohios median to automatically qualify for chapter 7. I’ve spoken to three attorneys so far or at least their front desks. I have an appointment set up in person with one on Thursday and when I gave the lady my general info, she was saying that there’s a possibility I could squeeze into chapter 7 still and possibly avoid 13. The other person I spoke to the intake person that I gave the information that I probably had a 50 to 60% chance of making it into a chapter 7, that gave me some real hope
Curious to see if anyone here has a similar story and they successfully made it into chapter 7. Also what did it take for you to qualify?
