I’m going to be filing chapter 7 at the end of the year I just started working with an attorney. I will be letting him know next time I speak with him next week.
I signed for my cousins car about 7 years ago he paid it off on November of 2024. Car is a 2014 corrolla valued at 6-8k. I have proof of my cousin making all the payments. Will this be an issue? That is the only asset that I have in my name
