I’m planning filing bankruptcy pretty soon. However, i also have to pay my mom back about 1-2 thousand dollars. i heard that if i do that, that the creditors/courts can come after me or even my mom and sue her so she has to give that money back?
I have a meeting soon with an attorney, but this is the only part that has been stressing me out!
