341 was 3 weeks ago and received my No Asset report same day as 341. I do have a lot of exemptions ($750,0000) but that includes my home. I understand there is a 30 day exemption deadline of 30 days that the US Trustee can object to my exemptions.
Included int he above exemptions was cash on hand and my wild card covered this. My questions is this:
Amazon allows an installment plan for certain items. No credit check and 0%. I have used this many times in the past, payments pulled monthly from your debit card. I need to purchase something around $325 and it would be helpful to be able to use this plan. I could in theory just outright pay for it but in my head $65 just “looks” better than $325 if for any reason my bank statements are requested at this point. My discharge is in 35 days (fingers crossed).
Is this a bad idea? I really can’t wait for this item as it is needed.
