Just had my 341 meeting, chapter 7, about $370k in debt to be discharged…
I was nervous because I went first but it was super simple and maybe lasted 30-60 seconds, they asked if I was employed, I am self employed so they asked what I did and asked me to explain.
The trustee asked if I had any changes, I have an amendment pending so I said that, he asked the content of the amendment and I mentioned I had some photography equipment I sold last year that I forgot to include. He didn’t ask anything else about it. (It was about $4,500 worth of stuff I sold I just forgot to include since it was 15+ months before filing)
So happy it’s over, was kinda freaking out beforehand but honestly it was very easy. I used an attorney so that helped.
Figured I’d add something here since all the rest of the posts on here have been helpful for me.
