It all started earlier this year when my spouse and my mother were off work due to physical injury and illness, I was off taking care of both of them. Here’s a thing I’m in a bankruptcy and for those few months we had help of family and friends. But the comeback after was horrible and we couldn’t get ahead. I had to take out loans to make sure our rent was paid, our car was paid, and make sure we had enough groceries. I got stuck in the cycle of paying back using another loan. I know I did something that I shouldn’t have. I really had no choice. My bankruptcy is over in December and I’ll be discharged. I now have just over $5000 of loan debt and I now can’t afford my rent or my car. I tried asking family members for help but everybody is in a hard place right now too. What are my options?
