I amended my forms twice incorrectly and my case was dismissed. I know I really should have hired an attorney. What are the chances I’ll get to file again? I moved to an area that is in a different district while in the process of amending my forms and I think I haven’t been receiving communications sent via mail, though I sent a form to update my address on the 3rd and I know they received it because my trustee said they received the rest of my forms. I called the court and they said they didn’t receive a change-of-address. Is there any other way to view the terms of my dismissal?
I just want to try and re-file because I personally know someone who can help me in my new address. I just need to know if I’m allowed to re-file.
TLDR; Obviously not looking for legal advice, just need to know how I can find out if I can immediately re-file.
