I am in California and have struggled mentally for two years after losing my job and personal situations and wasn’t able to find a job due to taking care of two little ones. (Irish twins) Majority of this is credit card debt I’d say about 40,000 is credit card debt. 60,000 is from bank loans, and the remaining 40k is school loans (not charged off). they’ve already deactivated my bank accounts so I am bank-less. I don’t even pick up my phone anymore because it’s a credit collection agency.
California has a statute of four years for them to sue for the money and most of these are already 3 and a half years old. The youngest is two years. What should I do? Wait the six months to 2 years so legally they can not sue me? Or should I file for bankruptcy?

No home under my name
I do not work, and homeless, I don’t have any money to my name besides maybe $150 dollars. But I do finish Nursing school April of 2027. Worried about when I do finish.
