here’s the update to my first post from like August or September.

had my 341 today and it really is as easy as people say. once you are honest and its made even easier if you got a lawyer. I had to wait like 45 mins for my turn , lots of people in front of me, few no shows and some people who needed translations but once we finally got me, it took like 5 mins and the trustee was like, thank you and have a good day.

so relieved!

no creditors showed up ( im on ch7).

my attorney came in the room and high fived me at the end and was also happy with how things went. asked him if I could apply to stuff I saw on ck and experian and he told me hold off and wait for the better offers I would get from discharge but only hold my self to 3 cards max unlike the 8 + I had before.

im so happy for this fresh start. I will update when my discharge comes in!
