After 42 months I just got notice my case was dismissed. I had an altered plan after a missed payment six months ago. I had a late payment last month but paid the balance in full 2 weeks later. I will contact my lawyer immediately in the morning but obviously panicking as I’m $25,200 paid into a $36k settlement. Case was filed in South Carolina. Does anyone have any advice or insight? The date on my letter saying it was dismissed was 10/15 and I have not heard from my lawyer for what it’s worth
