Filed December 1st and got garnished my last check which was before December 1st but I got paid on December 1st so that I understand why, but this next check I looked at my paystub and I’m getting garnished STILL. My official payday is December 18th (but I get paid early by my bank so it’s December 15th is when I get my check deposited) what should I do??? I mean it’s been 2 weeks since I’ve filed and still getting garnished and puts a bit of stress on my finances to keep current with my car which I plan to keep during all this. The whole point of this is for relief 😩
