Completed the 341 today. Was about 4 minutes long. Asked me a series of questions such as: 1) Do you understand I’m not a lawyer, work for the court and cannot give you legal advice 2) Did you use any third party website or AI to file your paperwork 3) What made you chose federal protection over Texas protections 4) are you current and plan to stay current with your filing fee payment schedule The rest were normal questions such as did you read what you signed, is it accurate, etc.
After we were done she said “I wish you the best of luck, and I hope you have a happy new year. You’re good to go.”
No creditors showed up, and as of now no objections. She also didn’t ask for any clarification, supporting docs etc.
Last day for creditor objection is 02/27/26.
