Hi,
I was recently sued by Capital One. I decided to pay for the basic plan on Solosuit which was around 67.00 dollars. It walked me through the document creation with all the information from the Summons. In my State everything has to be filed electronically. After I paid everything was filed within 30 minutes! I had waited the day before the deadline. Purposely waiting to buy time. I basically denied all the complaints and now waiting to see how they respond. From there I’ll likely pursue BK protection. Happy with the Solosuit solution for my initial response, but anyone get beyond this point with Capital One? Obviously they won’t win by default, so I imagine they will be open to settling. Should I use BK as a bargaining chip or just leave it alone. thoughts at this point?
