Filed chapter 7 11/17/2025 with attorney. 341 meeting 12/12/2025, got approved for credit card with mission lane unsecured 2k credit line 2/2/2026, BK discharged 2/11/2026.
Still waiting on financed company to take possession of vehicle but other than that. It’s done. Time to restructure and get finances in order. Still paying attorney and gotta set up forbearance on student loans until I’m stable. Ive had some unexpected expenses that came up during this time and owed taxes for 2024.
Don’t be scared to file bankruptcy. Talk to an attorney and make an informed decision. It’s available for a reason and it definitely will take away the financial stress and depression. Life happens, nothing to be ashamed of. Better to file bankruptcy than letting the debt and stress of it unalive you.
